This Privacy Policy explains what information Euriqo collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Euriqo is operated by Madhu Kodali, an individual sole proprietor based in New Jersey, USA. If you have questions about this Policy or your personal data, email mkodali@euriqo.ai.
"Euriqo," "we," and "us" refer to the Euriqo investment-research product operated by Madhu Kodali. Euriqo is not currently organized as a legal entity (LLC, corporation, etc.) — it is an individual sole proprietorship.
This Policy applies to visitors to euriqo.ai, to registered users, and to anyone who corresponds with us about the Service ("you").
We do NOT use your information for advertising. We do NOT share your email address with third parties except as described in Section 4.
To run Euriqo we rely on the following service providers. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data we share with them:

| Supabase | Our application database (profile, watchlist, ticker requests) | supabase.com/privacy |
| Vercel | Hosting euriqo.ai; access logs | vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| PostHog | Product analytics (which content you read) | posthog.com/privacy |
| Resend | Sending transactional email to you | resend.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Anthropic | Generating research content via their Claude API; we send source research materials, not your personal data | anthropic.com/legal/privacy |
| If you sign in with Google, Google provides your email and name to us per OAuth | policies.google.com/privacy | |
| Cloudflare | DNS for euriqo.ai | cloudflare.com/privacypolicy |
Research content on Euriqo is produced with substantial assistance from large language models (specifically Anthropic's Claude). We send source research materials — SEC filings, earnings transcripts, our own prior analyses — to the model and use its output after human review. We do not send your personal data (email, account identifiers, usage history) to AI providers for content generation.
