Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Euriqo website (euriqo.ai) and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Euriqo is operated by Madhu Kodali, an individual sole proprietor based in New Jersey, USA ("Euriqo," "we," "us"). Contact: mkodali@euriqo.ai.

1. What Euriqo is — and what it is not

Euriqo publishes educational investment research on publicly-traded US companies. We summarize public information (SEC filings, earnings transcripts, press releases, and other public sources) into plain-English briefings intended to help readers understand what companies do and how they make money.

Euriqo is not:

• A registered investment adviser.
• A broker-dealer.
• A provider of personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
• A substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific financial situation.
• A guarantor of the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

Everything on Euriqo is informational and intended for general education. Our research represents our honest analysis and opinions at the time of publication, but nothing on Euriqo is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance of any company or security is not indicative of future results. Investing in securities carries risk, including the risk of total loss.

Before making any investment decision, do your own research, consider your own financial circumstances and risk tolerance, and consult licensed professionals (financial advisers, accountants, lawyers) as appropriate for your situation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others.
• You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current.
• Notify us immediately at mkodali@euriqo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Scrape, mine, or otherwise copy research content in bulk (including via automated tools, scripts, or AI agents).
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly display our research without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to circumvent any technical or access-control measures.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Euriqo staff or other users.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. AI-generated content

Research content on Euriqo is produced with substantial assistance from large language models. We review and edit model output before publication, but AI-generated content can contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations. You should not rely on it as a sole source of information for any decision. See Section 1 regarding the limits of our research.

6. Content ownership

• Our content: all research, analyses, written and visual content, designs, and underlying source code on Euriqo are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use our content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Your content: when you submit content to Euriqo (feedback, ticker requests, replies to our emails, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your submissions do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Share links: we may provide links for sharing individual research briefings. You may share these links. You may NOT republish entire briefings on another platform or claim authorship of them.

7. Payment and subscriptions (when applicable)

Euriqo is currently offered free of charge. If and when we introduce paid plans:

• Fees, billing frequency, and refund policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• All fees will be non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated at the time of purchase.
• Payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider (expected: Stripe). We will not store your full card details on our systems.
• We will give registered users at least 30 days' notice before any material change that converts free features to paid.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Research content will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
• Information obtained through the Service will meet your requirements.

You acknowledge that investing in securities carries risk, and that any decision you make based on information from Euriqo is your own responsibility. Euriqo accepts no liability for investment losses or outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Euriqo be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or investment losses — arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Euriqo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or any third-party right.
• Content you submit to the Service.
• Investment or financial decisions you make, whether based on information from the Service or otherwise.

11. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email mkodali@euriqo.ai.
• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice or cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
• Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 1 (nature of the Service), 6 (content ownership), 8 (disclaimers), 9 (liability), 10 (indemnification), 12 (governing law), and 15 (miscellaneous) — will survive.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service, will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

If you are a consumer located outside the U.S., nothing in this section overrides any mandatory consumer protections you may have under the laws of your home jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at euriqo.ai/terms with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Service and delete your account.

14. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties beyond our reasonable control. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Euriqo regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision in a given instance is not a waiver of that right or provision generally.
• Assignment: you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.
• No partnership: nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
• Headings: section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
